📦 Order Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. At Brightwab, you can cancel your order before it enters the shipping or fulfillment process.

Cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been shipped or prepared for dispatch.

Once the order is in transit, cancellation is no longer possible.

Approved cancellations will be refunded in full to your original payment method.

🔁 Returns & Exchange Policy

If something isn’t quite right, the Brightwab Store offers a 14-day return or exchange window from the date your order is delivered.

✅ Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged

  • Must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached

  • Must include proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • Do not send items directly to manufacturers or suppliers

💡 Fees & Shipping

  • Shipping fees are charged one time only, including returns

  • No restocking or processing fees apply

To start a return or exchange, email the Brightwab Returns Team:

Approved requests will be followed with detailed return instructions from the Brightwab Support System.

💳 Refunds Policy

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive a return confirmation email

  • Refund approval depends on product condition

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

  • Refunded to your original payment method

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t appeared yet:

  • Check your bank or transaction history

  • Contact your payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer)

  • Contact your bank — processing delays may occur
